These general sales conditions, hereinafter referred to as the "General Conditions," govern the use and acquisition of products and services provided by the company Portko Unipessoal Lda, registered with VAT ID PT517589508 and located at Estrada dos Carvalhos, Quinta da Atalaia, Lote A, 2950-312, Palmela, hereinafter referred to as "Portko Unipessoal Lda," and the users who wish to make purchases through the website www.portko.com hereinafter referred to as "User."
1. Scope
These General Conditions apply to all purchase and sale operations carried out within the scope of the website www.portko.com. The User acknowledges that, by making any purchase, they declare to have read and accepted these General Conditions, committing to comply with the terms set forth herein.
2. Purpose
These General Conditions aim to provide all essential information to the User about the ordering, payment, delivery, and exchange procedures of products and services made available by Portko Unipessoal Lda on the website www.portko.com. By accepting these General Conditions, the User consents and agrees to all the terms and conditions described herein.
3. Order
The order of products or services is completed by finalizing the purchase process on the website www.portko.com. The User must register on the website, providing the requested information to create a personal account. The completion of the order implies the full acceptance of the General Conditions set out in this document.
4. Payment
Portko Unipessoal Lda offers several payment methods for the convenience of the User. Options include Bank Transfer, Multibanco Reference, MBWay, and Stripe (Credit Cards / Apple Pay). Payment for orders must occur within 48 hours from the time of purchase confirmation.
5. Transportation and Delivery
The estimated delivery time is 3 working days after the confirmation of the order and payment, within the territory of Continental Portugal. Portko Unipessoal Lda is committed to providing a secure and efficient transportation service, using the CTT company to ensure the delivery of the purchased products.
6. Prices
The prices displayed on the website www.portko.com include VAT at the legal rate in force. Portko Unipessoal Lda reserves the right to make changes to product prices without prior notice, ensuring, however, that the prices practiced at the time of the order are the ones that will be applied.
7. Cancellation, Exchange, and Return
The user may cancel the online order placed on www.portko.com at any time until its delivery, with the right to a full refund of the total amount paid.
Upon receipt of the order, in accordance with Article 10 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14th, the user has the right to cancel or return their purchase within 14 days, provided that the product is returned intact, with undamaged packaging, and free from any other type of damage.
The communication of the right to withdraw from the contract should be made by the user to Portko through registered mail or email info@portko.com or by any other unequivocal means using the provided model withdrawal form.
After 15 days from the delivery date, the process of cancellation, exchange, or return is handled on a case-by-case basis by Portko Unipessoal Lda., which reserves the right to assess the eligibility of products for exchange or return in accordance with applicable legal standards. Requests should be sent to the email address info@portko.com.
All products returned to Portko Unipessoal Lda. must be in perfect condition and carefully packaged in their original volumes/packaging, without any modification to their references and serial numbers. The respective labels must be intact, allowing for their potential resale.
8. Privacy Policy
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the current data protection legislation. The data provided by the User will be processed and stored securely and confidentially, respecting the terms detailed in the Privacy Policy available at www.portko.com.

13. Take-Back of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment
Portko Unipessoal Lda. is committed to environmental responsibility and, in compliance with Article 13 of Decree-Law 102-D/2020, offers its customers the opportunity for free take-back of waste electrical and electronic equipment. This take-back will be carried out on a one-for-one basis, in the context of the supply of a new electrical and electronic device. The waste must be from equivalent equipment and perform the same functions as the supplied equipment.
14. Alternative Dispute Resolution
In accordance with Article 18 of Law No. 144/2015 of September 8th, Portko Unipessoal Lda. informs that in the event of a dispute, the consumer has the possibility to resort to Alternative Dispute Resolution entities at the following entities:

15. Final Provisions
These General Conditions are subject to Portuguese law. Any issue or dispute related to these General Conditions will be resolved in accordance with the current Portuguese law. The competent court to settle any disputes is the Setúbal District Court.
